By placing an order, you acknowledge that you accept our delivery and/or payment terms and conditions.

Pro Keepers Line reserves the right to modify its delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiration of the terms.

Minimum Order Value: €25

Delivery:

• Delivery of ordered items occurs only after receipt of payment.
• Note: If you're ordering from a non-EU country, you may be liable to pay your local sales tax as it's not included in the price.
• Customers acknowledge their liability for any local sales tax, fees, and importation costs applied by their local government by placing an order on our website.
• These fees vary from country to country and can change frequently. Pro Keepers Line cannot give any indication of what these costs may be.
• Pro Keepers Line cannot be held liable for any fees associated with the import of goods into your country.
• If you choose not to pay any fees upon arrival of your order in your country, any costs incurred by Pro Keepers Line in retrieving your items may be withheld from any refund to you, and additional costs may be pursued from the customer.

Returns:

• Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase after telephone or written contact with Pro Keepers Line.
• Note: We do not exchange goods. You will need to make a separate order, and shipping and return costs will be passed to the buyer.
• Only unused items (with tags on them) and in undamaged original packaging are accepted.
• Printed items are Non-Returnable.
• For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

• All prices include VAT.
• Pro Keepers Line ensures that each article supplied by us complies with normal integrity and usability requirements.
• The information provided by you will be included in the Pro Keepers Line customer file, which will only be used for order implementation, completion, and marketing purposes. Pro Keepers Line does not provide customer data to third parties.
