By placing an order, you acknowledge that you accept our delivery and/or payment terms and conditions.

Pro Keepers Line reserves the right to modify its delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiration of the terms.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes (only outside EU)

1. Customer Responsibility
   All customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs provided by our company.

2. Compliance with Local Regulations
   The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import regulations. Any delays, rejections, or additional costs incurred due to customs procedures or non-compliance are at the customer's risk and expense.

3. Information Disclosure
   Upon request, we can provide documentation required for customs clearance (e.g., invoices or declarations). However, the customer must ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of any additional information required by their local authorities.

4. Non-Refundable Costs
   Any customs-related charges, including but not limited to duties, taxes, or storage fees incurred during the shipping process, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Contacting Customs Authorities
   In case of any disputes or inquiries regarding customs clearance, the customer is responsible for contacting their local customs office to resolve the matter.

Returns:

• Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase after telephone or written contact with Pro Keepers Line.
• Note: We do not exchange goods. You will need to make a separate order, and shipping and return costs will be passed to the buyer.
• Only unused items (with tags on them) and in undamaged original packaging are accepted.
• Printed items are Non-Returnable.
• For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

Additional Information:

• All prices include VAT.
• Pro Keepers Line ensures that each article supplied by us complies with normal integrity and usability requirements.
• The information provided by you will be included in the Pro Keepers Line customer file, which will only be used for order implementation, completion, and marketing purposes. Pro Keepers Line does not provide customer data to third parties.
