The ONEKEEPER Solid Aqua is a goalkeeper glove specifically designed for playing in wet weather conditions. These gloves are highly suitable for use during matches and training.
The Grip
The Aqua foam is a foam that provides excellent grip in wet conditions. The Aqua foam can also be used in dry weather, both on natural grass and artificial turf. However, the foam will wear out faster in warm conditions on artificial turf than other foams. This is because the foam is softer than other foams. The Aqua foam is designed to wick water away from the goalkeeper glove during rainfall, thus maintaining the grip.
Goalkeeper Glove Finger Type
The ONEKEEPER Solid is equipped with the Fusion finger type. The Fusion finger type features a half-round finger at the top that transitions to a flat finger at the bottom. This provides excellent comfort while goalkeeping. The round part ensures that the grip at the fingertips is optimal.
Anti-Slip
The ONEKEEPER Solid is equipped with anti-slip on the inside of the glove. The anti-slip ensures that the fingers do not slide inside the glove. The best anti-slip effect is achieved when the hand is moist, for example, from perspiration while goalkeeping. This ensures direct contact between the hand, the foam, and the ball. Your hand and fingers will not slip when catching the ball, providing a great goalkeeping experience!
Rubber Punch Zone
The ONEKEEPER Solid is equipped with a rubber punch zone on the knuckles (backhand of the gloves). This punch zone ensures that you can punch the ball further away if you cannot catch it. Since we have further developed the punch zone, it does not hinder the movement of the glove.
Removable Fingersafe Splints
If desired, these goalkeeper gloves can be equipped with fingersafe splints. On the product page above, you can indicate whether you want goalkeeper gloves without fingersafe or with fingersafe. The fingersafe splints are added to the back of the gloves. If you order the gloves with fingersafe, you can remove the splints yourself. The fingersafe splints can be reinserted into the gloves later if desired.
Development of ONEKEEPER Goalkeeper Gloves
When making the ONEKEEPER gloves, the highest care and craftsmanship were applied to the details. All seams on the ONEKEEPER goalkeeper gloves are double-stitched, making the gloves extra strong. Additionally, the gloves are equipped with a soft backhand memory foam. The memory foam provides extra comfort and molds to your hand after use.
Extra Advice for Longer Lifespan
Do you have a lot of wear on the palm of your goalkeeper gloves? This occurs when you make contact with the (artificial) grass and push yourself up with your palm to stand. Try to avoid contact with your palm on the (artificial) grass as much as possible. Push yourself up with the outside of the gloves by making a fist. This will ensure that your gloves last longer.
